Weekend Celebrity is a Los Angeles based pop/rock band featuring renowned singer Donna McCaul, Ireland’s Eurovision star and winner of RTE’s “You’re A Star.” Donna has opened for Pink, West Life, Bjork and others and just recently the band shared the bill with Green Day & The Chainsmokers.
Strings, keys, and three-part harmonies compliment Weekend Celebrity's lineup. With the band’s diverse Top40 song book and up-beat originals, you’re guaranteed to be singing along and dancing to every song! Well versed in audiences of all sizes, W.C is as comfortable keeping a rowdy bar crowd entertained all night, as they are playing an outdoor festival stage or intimate wedding reception.
On weekly rotation in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, the band has completed two successful US and International tours in 2017-18, including opening for the Chainsmokers & Green Day in San Diego; were named AEG’s band for LA Live at Staples Center; were invited to play many of the top venues in Las Vegas, including the Chelsea, Planet Hollywood, The Hard Rock, and Caesars Palace; and just recently won LA’s Howl at The Moon Battle of the Bands.
